Contact form

Serial Screener is the data controller for the name, work email, company and message you choose to send. The data is transmitted directly through the contact form to Serial Screener’s contact mailbox using the FormSubmit delivery service.

Data is used to answer your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries or on steps requested before a contract. Required fields are marked. Access is limited to authorised Serial Screener personnel and the technical providers required to deliver the message.

Retention and rights

Enquiry data is kept only as needed and, for prospective business relationships, no longer than three years after the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and exercise any applicable portability right, through the contact form. You may also complain to the CNIL.

Cookies and hosting

This version does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Technical data and strictly necessary cookies may be processed by the hosting platform to deliver and secure the website. If analytics or marketing technologies are added, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated first.
